Maps & Directions to Iron Trail at the Hub

Exit I-465 at Washington Street (US-40 East): On I-465’s east side, take Exit 46 for Washington Street / US-40 East (toward Cumberland/Greenfield). Head East on Washington Street: At the end of the ramp, merge onto East Washington Street (US-40 East), heading east. Follow the signs for “US-40 East” toward Cumberland. Continue on E. Washington Street: Drive straight on East Washington Street for approximately 1–2 miles as you enter the town of Cumberland (the road is also marked as US Highway 40). Turn Right at Pennsy Parkway (Traffic Light): Watch for a new traffic signal (coming soon) on Washington Street at the entrance to The Hub at Pennsy Trail (Iron Trail Apartments community). Turn right onto Pennsy Parkway, the entrance road into the Iron Trail Apartments community. Arrive at Iron Trail Apartments: Iron Trail Apartments (7600 Pennsy Parkway) on the south side of Washington Street (the main leasing office/clubhouse carries the 7600 address).
